“ Made a reservation here for the exotic tapas night, and it did not disappoint! Got to enjoy Uni, Goose barnacles, frog legs, yak sliders, mullet bottarga pasta, ostrich, kangaroo sausage, and lotus root! It was such a fun and exciting experience! The restaurant itself is very cozy and has intriguing decor. The staff are excellent at providing great service. I plan on coming back soon. Would highly recommend! ”
“ I have wanted to try Stave and Stable for a while now, but they’re open only Thursdays through Sundays. Maybe Saturdays. Anyway, I did get to try it out and i must say, it wasn’t disappointing. The hostess, who was also the bartender and the waitress was nice, professional and definitely knows her stuff. The atmosphere was cozy, with soft music playing in the background and the food...umm...umm...umm. I had a wagyu sirloin for my main course and scallops for my appetizer. The food is absolutely amazing. I must warn you, it is a bit pricey, but it’s well worth it. I’ll definitely be going there again. ”
“ We had a great meal at this intimate dining spot. It is a very adaptable kitchen and will make substitutions for you. I would not miss this spot if you like fine dining in a casual atmosphere. I do wish it was BYOB with a corkage fee, it is hard to accept the wine list and alcohol used for cocktails for this level if meal. I would happily pay 25 dollars a bottle to pop the cork on a bottle of wine we would enjoy. ”
“ Our kids got us a gift certificate to dine here after we had heard so many good things. We were not disappointed. We went a few weekends ago on a Sunday night and it was very quiet. Cute little place. Service was excellent (well there were only two tables to serve but our server was very attentive and pleasant). We shared a charcuterie board (the french one), got drinks and my husband got the wagyu sirloin and fries while I got the lamb chops. Everything was delicious. We had cocktails too. He also ordered a campfire old fashioned which was fun as the marshmallow was flaming and I ordered a special with strawberry and lychee but the lychee overpowered it (meaning I couldn’t taste the strawberry at all) - both were good. I would definitely recommend although I do wonder about the noise level if it were at capacity. ”

We went to the Wine pairing event on Thursday and it was one of the best pairings I have been to in a while. “ Excellent Experience! Different than any place we have ever visited. Servers were knowledgeable about menu and information. Menu had many exotic items that you would not see on any old menu. Elk was tender, truffle ravioli was divine the sauce on it was the best I have ever had. First time eating foie gras, it was excellent. Wonderful experience, will be back. ”
“ An amazing experience! We had heard about Stave and Stable for nearly a year. We finally decided to go. We joined Stave and Stable for their famous “tapas night”. This was themed with Hungarian Cuisine. Both our server Annette and the manager Conrad were so knowledgeable about the dishes. We decided to try one of each (more than enough food for two people). They coursed out the meal and little by little the dishes came. As they came out, Conrad was helping walk us through what was in the dish and where the inspiration came from. I could not be more satisfied with the food and atmosphere of this place. I would recommend to anyone who want not only a great meal but an experience as well! ”
